AADR Nationals & Patroit Show - October 17-18, 2009

On Saturday (Nationals), Ryker took Best Brindle and received nothing in the 3-5 males under Kevin Overturf. On Sunday, however, we cleaned up under John Colby. Ryker took home his class...then went on for Best Male...and finally, Best of Show! He also pulled 1925lbs @ 47lbs weigh in for a second place!

Georgia Pit Bull Club (ADBA) - October 3-4, 2009

Ryker took a second place under honorable judge Nathan Pilgrim and another second on Sunday under honorable judge Chico Perez.

Hoosier Pit Bull Club (ADBA) - September 5-6, 2009

Ryker took a 1st place under Robin Kuhns on Saturday with ten other dogs in his class. On Sunday, Ryker took a 2nd place under honorable judge, Cesar Davis. Way to go, boy!

APA King of the Rails - North Division (July/August 2009)

Ryker took third overall in his first attempt at APA weight pull in the King of the rails tournament held at K-9 Specialties in Warren, MI. We're looking forward to more pulls with the APA in the future.

Detroit Show & Pull Club (AADR) - May 9, 2009

Ryker took first place under honorable judge Kimberley Thomson and another 1st place under Art Parker. This was the Detroit Show & Pull Club's last official show. Sadly, at this point, there are no sanctioned AADR clubs in MI.

Western Carolina/Palmetto APBT Club - May 2nd & 3rd, 2009

Ryker took a 2nd place under honorable judge Beth Hart and a 2nd place under honorable judge Mary Lou Craig. Both classes were incredibly large, so we're rather proud of those wins!

Tarheel APBT Club (AADR) - April 18, 2009

Ryker took 3rd place in both shows under honorable judge Art Parker and Denise Smith. He also took 2nd place in weight pull - pulling 950# in the 40-50 class in 19.79 seconds and Best Brindle in the fun classes.

MWWP/UNWPA - Leslie, MI - January 24th & 25th, 2009

It was bitterly cold and the track was absolutely brutal. Ryker still worked his butt off. He pulled 444 pounds in 6.78 seconds which was 9.65 times his body weight which was 46 pounds for the pull under honorable judge Karyn Dawes. He took third place in his weight class with five dogs in it.

On day two, it was equally cold. Ryker took another third place - we had six dogs today - pulling 524 pounds in 7.53 seconds. 11.39 times his body weight for a 15 point pull - this gave him 25 points toward his UWPCH (and I think some towards a couple of others, but I'll have to verify).

MAPBTC - Whitmore Lake, MI - February 21st & 22nd, 2009

Ryker outdid himself this weekend and worked incredibly well, despite having a break from the UKC conformation ring. He took a Reserve Champion win under honorable judge Deb Beean and showed himself off with no wins under the other four judges. Congratulations Ryker! Your start in the Champion class has gone smashingly!
