Welcome to Shadow Brook Rodentry. We are located in a small township about thirty-five minutes west of Detroit. We have been active in the rat fancy since 1997. Even though we do not currently belong to an RSA-affiliated club, we believe in setting the highest goals possible to better the fancy as a whole. This includes following all RSA-based standards in care, quarantine, etc.
We focus on creating happy and healthy family pets for pet owners and breeders alike. My previous rats have come from as far West as California and my breeding lines will span across the country and possibly the world. I am currently working in lines that have Russian Blue, American Blue, etc., in various patterns as far as colors are concerned. My main goal, however, is to create the total rat - a rat who has awesome temperment, wonderful type and health that will carry them for years.
