We have babies! Ana blessed us with twelve beautiful babies starting at 10:36 a.m. this morning. After twenty-four days of waiting, they're here. We are extremely happy and look forward to what these little ones will do for the rattery as the time goes on. There are only a couple of spots left on the waiting list, so if you're interested, drop me an e-mail for an application.

Aiko was released over the bridge today. She had lost her zest for life. Her constant princess attitude. She wanted to be held, she wanted to be loved - and she turned down a piece of peach cobbler with homemade whipped cream. I knew she was ready to to. I'm so sorry Aiko, I really am. Hopefully we can meet on better terms when you come back to me. I love you.

Aiko suffered a stroke yesterday. She's been feed every two hours and given water every two hours by syringe. Her health is being monitored, but she isn't looking very good. If she's not feeling any better tomorrow, I'm going to take her in to be euthanized and let her cross the bridge to be with Kasper. I feel so absolutely horrible, like I could have prevented this.
On a slightly better note, Ana is gaining lots of weight and should be giving birth in the next week and a half. Expect to see tons of baby pictures as they grow.
